Terraced houses. c1829. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet. 4 storeys over basement, Nos 10-12 two-window range, No.13 one-window range. Ground floor decorated with banded rustication; flat-arched entrance with overlight, No.11 having decorative glazing; canted bays to left of entrance, that on No.10 to ground, first and second floors, on Nos 11-13 to ground and first floors; all windows flat-arched; windows to first and second floors flanked by giant Corinthian pilasters except where bays interrupt; balcony to first floor with cast-iron railings; storey band between first and second floors; entablature; attic storey with pilasters between windows; secondary cornice and blocking course. INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to steps and area with spearhead finials. No.12 has a plaque in memory of Horace Smith, poet and novelist.
