Terraced house. Mid-C19 with some C20 alterations. Stucco, flat C20 roof obscured by parapet. 2 storeys over basement, 3 windows to Montpelier Terrace, 3 to Montpelier Street, of which the southernmost are blank. Ground floor decorated with banded rustication. Flat-arched entrance in Montpelier Street framed by pilasters and entablature, with overlight and panelled door of original design; all windows flat-arched; 2-storey segmental bay to north, windows to south blank on both floors. The front in Montpelier Terrace has a balcony to the ground floor carried over the basement on cast-iron columns with cast-iron balustrade, tented canopy and valance; blind- boxes to first-floor windows; cornice and parapet; coach house with Hayloft over to north converted into garage in C20. INTERIOR: not inspected.
