OZLEWORTH OZLEWORTH HAMLET ST 79 SE 5/148 Two Miller and one Fry Monuments about 10m south west of porch in churchyard of Church of St Nicholas GV II

Two chest tombs and one pedestal tomb. From north to south - pedestal tomb to George Miller 1802; chest to William Miller 1846, 1834 earliest decipherable date; chest to Joseph Fry 1807. Sandstone. Pedestal tomb has tall, domical gadrooned cap with ball finial, moulded capping and tall plinth, on base. Ends have wide lyre profiles on own additional moulded plinth, sides are segmental with wrapped oval panels and delicate festoon relief. Central chest with tent top, plain sides and ends, partially overgrown at time of survey. Fry - flat top, moulded plinth and capping, plain raised oval panels to sides and ends.
