60/1269 Nos. 79 to 109 (odd) 14.3.75. G.V. II

Includes No. 180 Bedford Street; South and Nos. 65 and 67 Catharine Street. Terrace of 19 houses. 1830s. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 3 storeys with basement, 3 bays to each house. Basement lintel band; 1st floor sill band; top frieze, cornice and blocking course. Windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. Entrances have Ionic porches and 6-panel doors. Iron railings to areas and steps have fleur-de-lys heads (C20). Iron 1st floor balcony to No. 81 and Nos. 97 and 99. No. 180 Bedford Street South has 3-bay return to Upper Parliament St, with projecting window with tripartite sash. Architraved 1st floor windows, the central one has frieze and cornice. Round-headed window in a pedimented gable. Enclosed porch, stucco, door blocked.
