Church. C12 with C17 and C19 restoration. Rough cast render with stone
quoins and dressings; plain tiled roofs. Nave, chancel, south porch,
north vestry. South Elevation: stone bellcote to left on west gable;
gabled porch to left with round arched opening on quarter columns
with cushion caps over C12 south doorway with round arch, billet mould and
central beak head; 2 single-light arched windows of C19 restoration to
right of nave; one single-light window with 4-centred arched head under
square drip mould to chancel. North. Elevation: C19 gabled vestry to
left by chancel; 2 single-light arched windows of C19 restoration to
left of nave; blocked C12 doorway with chamfered reveals; impost blocks
and segmental arch to right of nave. Interior: walls plastered; 5-bay
nave with 1607 roof structure of moulded arch braces with carved pendants
at feet and curved wind braces to purlins; chancel arch, C19 restoration,
round arch on quarter columns with fluted caps, 2 stone steps up to chancel;
one bay chancel with C19 timber panelled ceiling, 2-light arched east
window of C19 restoration with roll mould, half and central columns with
fluted caps; door to vestry on north wall. Fittings: simple carved
timber pulpit; re-set circular font opposite south door with worn carved
