Advanced SearchThe Advanced search allows you to search the Heritage List for England using any combination of location (Where), type (What), period (When), and person (Who). Advanced search tipsUse the Location search to find records within a particular county, district, parish, constituency or region. To limit your search to only listed buildings, use the Heritage Category search. You can also search by Monument Type (e.g. telephone box or lighthouse). You can find records related to a particular person or organisation (e.g. Isambard Kingdom Brunel or English Heritage). Use the period or date range search to find records within a historical period or date range (e.g. all records related to the Victorian period or between 1837 and 1901) You can also search by a reference number if you know it. For more help using the advanced search see Help with Searching.
